I’ll provide emotional support, coping strategies, and help you adjust to the demands of new motherhood—all from the comfort of your own home.

  • Group Support: You’re not alone—join my group sessions to connect with others in similar life stages. Support, empathy, and real-life advice from people who get it.

Even though I’m only licensed to provide therapy in California, I’ve got plenty of ways to help anyone, anywhere:
